Advantage West Midlands
We provided an interim Head of ICT to Advantage West Midlands for a period of five months while they recruited a permanent appointment. We also prepared a detailed assessment of an AWM spin out for the organisation’s own internal processes.

The Cambridge MIT Institute

We worked with the Cambridge-MIT Institute to develop their on-line project descriptions and to manage the publicity of their activities.

Cambridge Wireless Prepared a document to a funding body on behalf of Cambridge Wireless and its members.
Central European Advisory Group
We have worked with Central European Advisory Group on a number of projects on the regulation of the communications market in the Czech Republic and gathering regulatory information for benchmarking purposes.
Communications Research Network

We provided support for the management of the Communications Research Network and provide support to the CRN on regular specific projects.

Coventry University

We developed a number of proposition documents for research institute initiatives done by Coventry University.

CRFS Limited

We managed the production of a major public contract bid for CRFS Limited. The bid was successful and resulted in the award of a substantial contract to CRFS. We have also assisted CRFS with other bids and with the development of their business plan.

GreySky Consulting
Major involvement in the procurement of new fixed and mobile communications and ancillary services by a County Council.
Digital Communications Knowledge Transfer Network
From September 1 2008 until its merger with the Digital Systems KTN in April 2011, we provided network development services for the Digital Communications Knowledge Transfer Network. In this role, we liaised with digital communications industry players to organise events to transfer knowledge within the sector and between the digital communications sector and other sectors such as transport, health, energy and education.
ICT KTN
We provide delivery manager services to the ICT KTN organizing events on particular topics and assisting with the management of the programme.
Price Waterhouse Coopers
We have collaborated with PwC on a number of Universal Service project in the Middle East and Europe
Redstone
We delivered presentation materials to Redstone customers on Voice over IP.
Scottish Government
Scottish Government: Organised a consultation with broadband suppliers on extending broadband reach in Scotland
SQW Consulting
We have done numerous projects with SQW including developing a cross-border business park in the north-west of Ireland, assessing the IT sector in Cambridge, procurement of broadband coverage for the rural and remote parts of Scotland, examining the role of next generation networks for Scotland and developing a marketing plan for a science park in Central America
